Job doesn't work. No able to merge

Hello! Help!

When I click "run job", the system wait for a moment but then gives me the photo error. We have tried from another laptop and in that case, clicking "run job" the extension does nothing, it just closes the process but no new pdf is generated. Also, we tried incognito mode and it doesn't work either.

Did you delete the "Starting ..." from the status column?

How many rows are you trying to process?

Are you using single file output?

I looked for "Starting..." in the status column but didn't find any.

I have 17 rows trying to process.

And we had selected multiple file output even long before the functionality stopped working.

Do you have any conditions set for the merge?  Do the rows meet those conditions?

Is there any other messages displayed before the taking too long message?

I had this precondition shown in the attached photo but I removed it a few minutes ago to see if that fixed the problem (the problem still continues).

I think Autocrat wasn't doing anything because there was something in the status column for all of the rows.  Autocrat will not process a row with anything in the status column.

I don't know why you hid some of the rows.  I think that might have confused Autocrat.

I think your template must completely fill the page.  When you add the page break, you get an empty page in the output.
