I have used this program to send certificates a number of times through attendees filing our a google form and receiving their certificate generated by email.
I seem to have done something wrong this time and have tried
- deleting the job and re-running it and didn't work
- get the following message but can not find the merge errors: No rows will be merged. None meet merge criteria
- I tried both username and email
I have a two page google document (wondered if that was a reason) and also multiple sections that I haven't before - if I need to change the settings.
I would appreciate any help you could provide:
