Thanks for your suggestion.  Many folks have this problem.  I wonder if folks should check with their school to be sure they are not violating any school policy by using a VPN.

Hi,

The easiest way to solve this problem is to change your DNS server to Google DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Does that override the DNS settings in the router?  You might be bypassing products like OPENDNS which block sites.  I use this to prevent certain sites from being available in my home.

You might want to check with the administrative folks to see if you will be violating any policy.

See possible solution  If this fixes your issue, you may want to check with your WorkPlace administrator.  Autocrat might be being blocked.

I got this from NewVisions.  

In the past I have seen this occur if a user has an ad-blocker installed or if their domain installed a web-filtering software - both of these can cause the Autocrat modal to have display errors.

Try an incognito window that might bypass the ad-blocker.

If you are using an ad-blocker, try turning it off.  Make sure your domain hasn't installed web-filtering software.

The way I got by it here at school was to use my hot spot to bypass the school's gateway
