Adding an automated varying listlist

Hi All

I use Autocrat at a very basic level. I have a spreadsheet with the details and Autocrat completes a pre designed template...All works great.

My question is this, if it can do it or anyone can assist in how to do it please, that would be great. 

On my pre designed template, i would like to add a list of things, like Aircon, GPS, Heated seats, Electric windows etc, each with a tick box, showing accessories on a vehicle. Obviously, each one will vary.

How can I add this to my spreadsheet, whereby I maybe enter TRUE /FALSE under the heading for the ones that I would like ticked when I print the sheet.

This would be a standard list for each vehicle, just with the ones I want having the box ticked.

IN my head that sounds right.....I hope it does in yours also....lol
