autocrat doesnt load

I just tried to load AutoCrat but it doesnt on my gmail sheets. I have been using it every month for years (last in Jan 2023) but I have never experienced this before

As recommended on this forum, I signed off from all my accounts, even went incognito. Nothing helped. 

 I would appreciate any suggestions on what I could do to get it working

I have a similar problem, it doesn't load . I have been using it every day since a year before without problems.

Hola, el día de ayer estuve trabajando sin problema. Hoy hace dos horas que note que el AutoCrat no funciona, solo aparece la opción de ayuda y no la de abrir para generar un nuevo archivo, esto solo pasa en los archivos Sheet Nuevos. En los archivos en los que ya tenia corriendo el AutoCrat si funciona.

Hola, ya lo solucione. Borren sus historial, cierren el navegador, inicien sesión. Vuelvan abrir el archivo de sheet y listo. AutoCrat funcionando nuevamente.

Autocrat will not work on a Team drive.

Do you get an error message?

Can you take a screenshot?

Try a different computer.

Try setting up a small test in a new spreadsheet and see if Autocrat works.  

If it works in a new spreadsheet, your quickest fix might be to create a new spreadsheet and copy the data from the spreadsheet that isn't working.

Before you start over, you might want to see if restoring a previous version fixes the problem. 

I can't think of anything else to try.

Have you tried what poster Cendicol suggested (in Spanish) earlier in this thread? Clear your  (browser) history, close your browser, log in. Open the sheet file again and you're done. AutoCrat working again.

It works fine for GSE (education emails) but not for other email addresses. Is this new to Autocrat? The rows say they are running fine, what do browser history and closing browsers have to do with it? I have done all that, just curious.

It sounds like you have a different problem than the program not loading.

It is probably a setting in Workplace.  You need to contact your IT folks.  See https://www.certifyem.com/help-center.

Many thanks for translating Cendicol's message. I decided to first try with keeping just 3 months of Chrome & youtube history, and voila, it worked. So muchas gracias Cendricol.

Did you look at the suggestions that others have made?

Make sure you are signed onto only one account.
