I get the same thing every morning . . . I have multiple jobs set up for various processes and I keep getting these email notices. However, everything seems to be running smoothly so I ignore them. It has to do with the number of merge jobs running. Unless I completely misunderstand the problem, there is one copy of the script that is Autocrat no matter how many merge jobs you have defined. Whenever Autocrat runs, it has to invoke something called LockService to prevent concurrent access to a section of code. Multiple merge jobs that are scheduled might potentially try to access the code simultaneously so Autocrat throws this warning.
Probably the way to fix it is to turn of any time triggers, but even one sheet with multiple forms could theoretically cause this since there is no way to set a timer on individual jobs within a sheet for sequencing.
