HELP with this: Document successfully created; Document successfully merged; PDF created; !!Error Sending Emails: Invalid argument: fileName;

Dear All,

I'm getting crazy with his error:

Document successfully created; Document successfully merged; PDF created; !!Error Sending Emails: Invalid argument: fileName;

I created new sheets and new jobs in Autocrat and it is always the same error. I made sure to map the fields and that the tags match de column names but nothing is working... it does create the pdf file but will not send it even when the email address is correct.

Do you use fileName in the sending of the emails?  Is it the title of a column of data?  If it is one of the columns that Autocrat adds, it isn't updated until Autocrat has run.

Those fields can't not be used in the sending of the emails.

Joe,

thank you for your expertise. I thought you have to manually type in emails if you use the single mode for sending. I've always use the multi-mode, and have never had issues with email until today. It says my email that was typed manually isn't legit, but it is.

Please ignore my last email. I just deleted the Autocrat extension and reinstalled it, and it worked beautifullyl.

Thank you for your answer. I do not undeerstand what you mean by "Do you use fileName in the sending of the emails?". I have no columns with that name...

I also do not understand this : "If it is one of the columns that Autocrat adds, it isn't updated until Autocrat has run" :(

Check the fields used to name the files.

Are they all titles of columns?

I'm sorry that I missed the problem.  It is sometimes difficult when I don't see the job.

Can you share a spreadsheet and template with glua.joe @ gmail.com?
