Single Output Mode - only reporting one row

How do I get autoCrat to use subsequent rows for each slide in single output mode? 

I set up for single output mode because I want one Google Slides file with each row creating a new slide from the template. However, autoCrat is creating a multi-slide deck, but each slide only pulls info from the first row.

I just set up a test and Autocrat worked for me.  See test folder.

My example is using a simple merge tag.  What kind of merge tag isn't working?

Thank you for your help! I realized the problem is that I was using a theme on Google Slide. I changed it to regular text boxes and  it works now.
