Autocrat PDF Auto-Generation Not Working Despite Trigger Enabled

Dear Autocrat Support Team,

I have been using Autocrat for automatic PDF generation from Google Form submissions. Until recently, it was working perfectly — each time a form response was submitted, the PDF was generated automatically.

However, for the last few days, the auto-generation has stopped working. Now I need to manually click the “Run” button to generate the PDFs.

Here are some details of the issue:

• The form trigger is already enabled.

• The job runs successfully when executed manually.

• No changes were made to the job configuration.

• The issue started suddenly a few days ago.

Could you please check and suggest how I can restore the automatic PDF generation feature?
