Not working - two Jobs which run on form trigger

Hi,
I'm using Autocrat Add-on in a Google Sheet, where I have created two Jobs which run on form trigger.
Each job takes new data coming from a Google Form, make the merge with a specific template creating a PDF and then sending it to by email to a static email address.
Since I added the second job (which takes as input a different template but the same data coming from Google Form), triggers seem to not work and "merge" processes are not automatically executed. If I manually "force" the running of the jobs using Autocrat GUI, merges are done but mannually activated.
Do you have some indications in order to enable the automatic execution of both the jobs according to a form trigger?
Are there further setting to be imposed?

If there is only one Google form, then try totally removing the triggers, close Autocrat, and then set the trigger again.
If the data is coming from two different forms going into the same spreadsheet, you probably are going to have to have the data from the forms go into separate spreadsheets.

Thank you so much for the suggestion!
My case was the first one you report. I solved the problem linking a new empty Google Sheet for Google Form response collection and re-setting the two merge Job in Autocrat. Now it works.
