Map Source Data to Template -- missing tags

When I try to create a rule, on step 3 (map source data to template) returns blank:

 

I am trying to map only one column (Scholar Name) to google slides.

I have tried:

- clearing and retyping column headers

- signing out of all other accounts

- restarting the application

- restarting the computer

- making a copy of the spreadsheet

- deleting the rule and creating it again

Any help is appreciated.

Delete the tag in the template and type the merge tag into the template.  Autocrat is not finding the merge tag.
