AutoCrat not running on Trigger

i've been using AC for a few years and it has worked great!  Now it will not fun when someone completes the form.  I tried changing to a timed trigger and still does not work.  I always have to load the sheet and run Autocrat manually.

Any ideas why?

This is a common question .

Turn off the trigger from the main menu.  

Close the spreadsheet.

Open the spreadsheet and set the triggers.

I followed those steps and the trigger is still not running as expected.  Any other things?  MIne looks like it stopped running on the trigger around June 4th.

When you open Autocrat, there is a link to manage the triggers.  Did you turn off the triggers via this method?

Did you do it from the Main menu, or in editing the job?

Did you close autocrat after you deleted the triggers?

That usually works.

Is this a Google form?

Did the triggers ever work?
