Automated Jobs Not Running: If your jobs are running manually but failing to trigger automatically, resetting your triggers may resolve the issue. Several users have reported success using the steps below.
⚠️ Important: Before starting, please ensure you are logged into only one Google account. Having multiple accounts open simultaneously can conflict with Autocrat's permission settings.
Open the Autocrat modal and navigate to Manage My Triggers.
Verify that My Triggers has both a form and a time trigger listed underneath.
Disable the triggers and click Save.
Re-enable the triggers and click Save.
Go to your specific job, click through to Step 9, turn on both the form and time triggers, and click Save.
Close Autocrat entirely.
Re-open Autocrat, return to the Manage My Triggers page, and verify that both the Trigger Owner info and My Triggers info are visibly populated.
