I believe this problem goes away on its own.

Thanks for answering, but I've been having this problem since yesterday even though my account is Gsuite, how many emails a day can I send?
And after how long does the problem disappear?

You should be able to send 1500 emails.  If you send 3 emails per row, that is 500 rows.  

I don't get the error often so I don't know how long it takes for it to got away.
