My Email Mail merge tags are not working properly

I have proper merge tags in the body of the email 

However, the merged emails looks like this

Autocrat is also not letting me preview my emails, so I could not tell that this was an issue until after I had already merged the data and it went out to the appropriate parties.

However, the attachment is correct using the exact same tags.

Any assistance would be very helpful. Thank you!

Make sure you use the title of the column as the merge tag in naming a file or in the email section.

The best way to do this is by clicking on the blue bar.  A list of available titles will appear.  Click on the merge tag you want and it will be copied to the clipboard.  Paste the value where needed.
