i.MX RT 1021

I see that the Beta version of J-Link software supports an i.MX RT 1021.  But I don't find many references to it on the Internet.  Could be interesting.

Hi Greg,

I think it is a member of the i.MX RT 1020 family:

It uses an easier to solder LQFP package.

So it is a cost reduced version.  I see that it has half of the internal SRAM and runs at 500 vs 600 MHz.  I would need a more detailed feature comparison to understand the other differences.

As you mentioned IMXRT1020 is reduced version of IMXRT1050, with max clock freq of 500 MHZ 256 kb RAM and without 2D graphics accelerator. Also for now IMXRT1020 comes only in LQFP package , but NXP told me that they will make pin to pin compatible BGA. Also NXP is making IMXRT1080 which will have 2 mb SRAM and will work on 800 MHZ it will be pin to pin compatible with IMXRT1050, but it will come available probably at the end of this year.
