[PATCH]PIC32MZ SPI Mode

Hi,

Please review the attached patches.

001 corrects SPI mode selection and some typos.

003 makes the PLL input clock configurable (Primary Oscillator or Internal Fast RC)

002 just accepts the 16MBit flash when the JEDEC ID is read.

I don't know if there was a technical reason as why it was left off, if there is, please discard it.
