     That sort of scamming mainly at this location is now worsening to essentially 24/7, as apparently criminally psychotic, stranger, surveillance, stalker scammer, large nigerian 419, probable sub-saharan wise guy, who now should only cannibalize his own gang, bully threatens at local store, "won't let You, use the Medically approved etc"

     Some are of the opinion those types of bully, hustle scammers attempt to drive others to distraction or worse

Most unusual chapter epigraph was found at the apparent first edition text of "Forbidden Archeology" by Cremo, stating, "While others war and fight, we do it with our voices

     When, and if, the Ai problem has the capacity to develop at the sociopathic wannabe serial bully level, then it would apparently attempt to know (ie predict for the purpose of preempting, usurping, dissuading, &c) how each Person would probably think, etc, eg for the purpose of sensory overload psyops, prefigure scamming, etc, then possibly store Terabytes of that material for the weaponization of conscience sociopathy

     Most obvious use for any Ai sociopathy would be to set up the fey game scam

Literature describes the Ai error rate as bit under dozen percent

 

      Rumor is that the recurrent "sotto voce" scammers have Bounty on their heads, and that of their gangs, for $90,000+ by several Billion People
