I am an emotional eater who snacks when I get stressed. I lost 30
pounds a couple of years ago and have maintained that weightloss with
good diet and exercise. This fall I started back to college and notice
old tendencies coming back. Any suggestions for better alternatives to
handling stress would be great! Also a list of good, healthy, readily
available snacks would be appreciated! Thanks for your help.
