According to new research, eating soy may lower blood presssure.
There's an article all about it on health.dailynewscentral.com Eating
soy can also lower cholesterol levels, reduce risk for heart disease,
cancer, and osteoporosis. Basically, soy does more than provide protein
in a low calorie, low fat nutritious way. It provides overall health
benefits!!! Good news, huh?
