A well rounded diet is best. Lots of fruits and
veggies. IE: Butternut Squash, Mangos, and even your
everyday basic fruits and veggies such as apples and
oranges, Tomatos and so on. However, do not leave out
things such as starches and meats and dairy.

Dairy products such as a glass of 2% milk and yogurt
should be a part of your daily diet.

Starches are essential to proper brain function. Your
brain must have a small amount of starched to
function. That does not mean a small order of french
fries from McDonalds constatutes as a small amount of
starches. Do something creative with different
starches.

If you eat beef, eat that at lunch. Beef is a heavy
meat and will stay in your body longer. If you eat
beef at night it is just kinda stays in your stomach
and your body and you are not moving to work it off.
Eat Chicken, fish, or pork at dinner time. Also,
instead of eating Pork Bacon eat Turkey bacon. It has
a better flavor and less fat.

Always refer back to the food pyramid if you get lost.
It really helps. If you eat out alot. The portions
they serve in a restaurant are 2-3 times more than you
need to eat at one sitting. Eat about half and take
the other half home for another day. Or split your
meal between you and your husband.

Also, take VITAMINS!!! They are so important
nowadays!! We do not get everything we need from our
food today. Everything is so processed now. Make sure
when you take vitamins that are 100% absorbed. Centrum
and One A days are not. You only absorb about 25% of
those. If that.

I hope this helps.

Sincerely,
Brandy
