A Reminder to Eat Right

Hi

It's important to eat lots of different foods every day. Eating a
variety of foods provide us with a good balance of nutrients. The foods
we take could include:

grains
vegetables
fruits
fats and oils
dairy products
meats, beans, and fish

A balanced diet is an excellent way to stay healthy. Everyone should
make sure they are eating the right balance of nutrients. Drinking 8
glasses of water per day and five portions of fruit and veg are an
excellent start.

Hi Rong,
I agree that it is important to eat a variety of food groups every day
to stay healthy, but in this age of fast foods and busy lifestyles it
is not always easy. Do you think that vitamin supplements are a good
way to help get the nutrients we need if we can't find the time to
prepare healthy balanced meals?
