In Italy, Serie A team Sassuolo use the song when the team enters the pitch at the home games. In France, Ligue 2 team AS Nancy uses the song to introduce their starting players before home games. In Israel, IBPL team Maccabi Tel Aviv uses it to introduce the home team starting lineup before EuroLeague games. In Australia the piece is used by the Melbourne Rebels rugby team when introducing their starting lineup, as well as the Perth Wildcats basketball team. The song was played leading up to matches at UEFA Euro 2012, and France's tennis team used the song as their entrance theme for the 2014 Davis Cup final against Switzerland. The song was used during finals at the 2013 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Antwerp, Belgium. It was played while the gymnasts were introduced to the crowd at the beginning of the finals.[citation needed] The Republic of Ireland soccer team also use the song to introduce their starting players before home games.
"Sirius" by the Alan Parsons Project was the theme to which the Bulls' starting lineups were introduced through the entirety of Jordan's legendary six-championship run with the team. The song is still used in the arena today.
He added, of his connection to sports history: "It's incredible. I'm so proud that this is the case, especially since a sports theme was the very last thing on my mind when I wrote it. Although (fans) may not know the identity of the artist, it is without a doubt the most-played piece of music that I've ever recorded."
Looking at different editions of the album, I see 8 of 11 have Chicago Bulls in the name. One DVD edition has (2017 Remaster) for every track but no bulls at least. There is one vinyl edition with correct names and a CD edition that has the open track name content (i.e. editable) that is usually found as the last edition for all (?) albums.So the solution is to use the vinyl edition, but on the serious side, I am curious how such changes make it into the databases.
