Hello,

how to convert shapefiles with pbf format. Is there any tools can output vector titles.

This is not so simple, as vector tiles is not just geographical data as shapefile is, but it is multi-resolution vector data, optimized for rendering using specific style parameters. It is good if you have big dataset and need to render it fast, the challenge is that depending on your data types (points, polygons etc), needed attributes, number of layers, data resolution, visual design and zoom ranges you may need a bit different tools and settings. So more information is needed about your source data and how do you want to show it as Map. Vector tiles are good for specific interactive Maps, not just data.

I suggest to try https://carto.com service - you can upload your shapefiles there, define Map styling, and then connect mobile SDK to this Map. The vector tile generation with some default parameters is done then automatically. You can also get mbtiles package from your map, using this additional tool: https://github.com/CartoDB/mobile-tile-packager

CARTO provides also on-premises installation of the Engine. This way the tool is installed ot your server and does not go anywhere: https://carto.com/pricing/engine/#on-premises
