CARTO Mobile SDK new release 4.1.3

Hello,

I’m happy to announce CARTO Mobile SDK 4.1.3 release, for all platforms: iOS, Android and Windows. It is mostly a maintenance release, with bugfixes and some minor features based on customer requests. 

Notable new features:

 - Added TomTom API wrapper as online geocoding provider

 - General Layer opacity allows to have nicer maps

 - Language parameter for geocoding

We suggest to test and update your apps to have continuous support and best performance.
