Configuring Nussknacker with HA-Enabled Flink JobManager

Hi Team,

I am using an external Flink cluster with Nussknacker, and I have enabled JobManager High Availability (HA) in Flink. I am now unsure how to configure the JobManager HA details in Nussknacker. Could you please clarify how Nussknacker handles a Flink cluster with JobManager HA?

Hi,

Currently, we have only partial support for JM working in HA setup. You can configure HA in Flink and use, for example, the first job manager in restUrl in the deployment configuration. If another JM is a master, the non-master JM will redirect requests to the master, so in a healthy situation, everything will work as expected. The problem will appear if the first JM is unavailable. In that case Designer will report communication problems. It is not very crucial because it would only block the deployment during the JM outage; scenarios would still process the data.
