Hi NUS Hackers community,

Want to build something ambitious with other students, compete for €20,000+ in prizes, and potentially represent your university at one of Europe’s biggest student hackathons?

JunctionX Lisbon 2026 is happening on October 10–11 at IST Taguspark, Lisbon, bringing together around 150 selected students from universities across the world for an international technology and AI hackathon.

Why join?

• €20,000+ in prizes, including cash, vouchers and other prizes

• Winning team gets the opportunity to represent their university at Junction 2026 in Espoo, Finland, taking place November 13-15

• Meet and build alongside students from different universities and countries

• Work on real-world challenges from technology and industry partners

• Connect with companies, developers, entrepreneurs and other students

• Free participation, including food, drinks/water and a space to rest during the event

• Participate solo or with a team of 1-5 people

• Beginners are welcome, you don't need to be an expert to participate

Our challenge partners include NOS, Sensei, Inspiring Solution and Albatroz Engenharia, with additional community partners from the international technology ecosystem, including Jane Street, n8n, Lovable and SSOJet.
