We have recently launched our Management Associate Programme (MAP) and are currently recruiting high-calibre young talent for our upcoming July 2025 cohort.

This programme is designed to fast-track individuals into leadership roles within DBS in the future, offering comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on work assignments. It provides a solid foundation for early-career professionals looking to excel in the banking industry.

This is a 12-month Management Associate Programme (MAP) with 8 tracks.
