Job Title: Internet Network Engineer

Location: Singapore (South-east Asia Headquarters)

Work with our International offices as the primary technical resource to
manage our International IP network and provide technical support which
include the product installation, configuration, network monitoring and
management.

Primary responsibilities is the monitoring and troubleshooting of our
International IP network, Manned the technical help desk to provide
assistance to regional sites and office. Other responsibilities include
assisting customer care operation to investigate and resolve technical issue
and problem. Liaison with customer and potential customer on LAN network,
system integration, installation and configuration.

The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Telecommunications/ Electronic
Engineering or equivalent, experience in a Computer/Telephony related
field, working knowledge of PBX & Telco Systems/Standards,
Knowledgeable and experience in the use of Internet tools, working
knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, Web server, HTML and database
applications (i.e., SQL Server).
