أسرع الخطوات لخفض درجة الحرارة عند الأطفال..!

عندما ترتفع حرارة الطفل يتبع الآتي :

 

1- ضع الطفل في غرفة مهواه ولكن تجنب التكييف البارد.

 

2- انزع ملابسه واترك الملابس الداخلية  أو البسيطة
 
3- ادهن بطنه بـالخل وستندهش من إنخفاض الحرارة بسرعة  أو أضفه إلى ماء الكمادة.
 
" الخل و الكحول الطبي يتبخر بسرعة عندما يتعرض للهواء "
 
وحتى يتبخر يجب أن يكتسب حرارة إضافية وهو يقوم بسرقتها
من الجسم الذي يلامسه وبذلك يسحب الحرارة الموجودة على جسد الطفل
فيخفضّها ويجب أن نمسح جسم الطفل
وخاصة البطن وتحت الإبطين
 
"لأن الحرارة تكون عالية في هذه المناطق"
 
4- إستخدم ماء عادي مع فوطة أو شاش وبللها بالماء ثم ضعها على رأسه

و تجنب إستخدام الماء البارد .
 
5- احضر اسفنجة نظيفة وبللها بالماء أضف إليه خل وامسح يديه و رجليه

واتركها تجف من تلقاءها فهي ستمتص الحرارة .
 
6- أدهن الجسم بزيت الزيتون .
