controlled substance chart

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone has any information on controlled substances and the side effects that we can put in our student handbook.
Example opoid side effects, dangers of mixing with alcohol etc.
Maybe a chart of some kind?

This is a link to a wonderful document from the Department of Education that clears it up pretty well for me.
You legal is correct; student files in a health center that only sees students are FERPA protected. It gets a little trickier if you treat facstaff too.
