What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit a page and insert text like [http:www.example.com/~person]
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Created hyperlink to a specified html page. Instead wiki syntax error
message is printed out.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
trunk version, but the problem is present on 1.2.2 version as well
Please provide any additional information below.
The problem is related to restriction of symbols, which could be present in
HTML URL. That's sufficient to add `~' symbol to the previously defined set.
I have attached a patch for trunk version.
