Nuriche Products
Q: Are LiVE and ReVIVE considered to be raw foods?
A: Yes. Because of the drying technology used to process many of our
ingredients, our whole food powders still have their native enzymes
intact. As a result, LiVE and ReVIVE are the next best thing to
consuming fresh fruits and vegetables.
Q: How do I access the ingredients list for each specific product on
your website?
A: Detailed ingredient information can be found in “Supplement Facts”
section on each specific product label and on the Nuriche website next
to each products description.
Q: Why isn’t there a quantitative analysis of the ingredients or the
vitamins, minerals, etc., in their exact amounts listed on the whole
food labels?
A: Nuriche LiVE and ReVIVE are broad spectrum whole foods. Nuriche
does not add any synthetic or isolated ingredients to our whole food
products. Because the ingredients are in their raw, natural state, the
nutritional content of each plant will vary slightly from batch to
batch, from field to field and from season to season. Our product
focus is on the natural components in balance.
Q: Are the farms in Utah where Nuriche grasses are sourced Certified
Organic?
A: Yes they are. All farms, processing, and manufacturing are State
Certified Organic. Certified Organic ingredients are noted by an
asterisk (*) on the ingredient panel of the label of our products.
Q: How can LiVE and ReVIVE remain stable and not lose its nutritional
content without the use of preservatives?
A: The InstaFresh™ drying process ensures that the enzyme activity of
the whole food and juice powder concentrates found in Nuriche Products
has been halted. The lack of enzyme activity is what preserves the
nutritional integrity of the whole food powders. These enzymes are
reactivated by the water that you add in your home. In the meantime,
these wholesome ingredients are then blended, packaged, sealed tight
and labeled at our own facilities and shipped directly to you!
Q: How long is the shelf life for Nuriche Products?
A: The standard shelf life of Nuriche Products unopened is 2 years,
although they are shelf stable beyond that. Each bottle is marked with
an expiration date and batch number.
Q: How long is the product stored before it is shipped to Independent
Business Owners?
A: The rapidly growing demand for Nuriche products means that our
product never sits for long before it is on the way to our customers.
Finished product is usually shipped within a month.
Q Should LiVE be stored in the refrigerator after opened?
A: Yes. The two biggest factors in degrading LiVE before consumption
are heat and moisture. For this reason, we suggest that LiVE be stored
in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Clumping can occur if
the product has been exposed to heat causing the natural sugars and
pectins to become sticky. The product is still very sound and simply
needs to be broken up to restore it to a powder-like consistency.
Q: Can any of the products be prepared as a hot drink?
A: It is not recommended, as heat can destroy the natural nutritional
value and enzyme activity benefits.
Q: Why are there variations in LiVE from one order to the next?
A: Typically, we expect to see small variations in color and taste
from one lot number to another. LiVE contains natural products such as
fruits and vegetables that vary by crop, growing season and time of
harvest. The thing to remember is that you are getting a broad cross
section of whole food nutrients and not just a single source from one
plant.
Q: What are the small particles that I notice when drinking Nuriche
LiVE?
A: All Nuriche products are created using fresh, live produce. The
minute particles are bits of the active botanical ingredients of the
product, much like pieces of pulp in some orange juices.
Q: Do any Nuriche products contain soy?
A: No
Q: Where do the enzymes In Nuriche products come from?
A: The enzymes in Nuriche products are plant-based enzymes. Some are
found in the dried plant material, and we add plant sourced enzymes to
further support the body’s digestive system.
Q: How many milligrams of caffeine are in Nuriche ReVIVE?
A: Because the caffeine in Nuriche ReVIVE is naturally occurring, we
cannot give an exact amount as it varies from batch to batch.
However, one serving of ReVIVE contains less caffeine than a cup of
coffee. Our product is focused on the natural components in balance –-
not on specific caffeine amounts. The caffeine in our products is
naturally occurring and in its complete botanical context from well
known berries, seeds and leaves, and does not come from anhydrous
(isolated) caffeine.
Q: Will Nuriche products interact with any of the medications that my
doctor has prescribed for me?
A: Nuriche nutritional products are dietary supplements and are not
intended to replace any treatment or advice prescribed by a qualified
health care provider. As such, any time you are considering the use of
a dietary supplement with an OTC or prescription drug, we suggest you
consult with your health care provider who is familiar with the
medications you are taking before doing so.
Q : Are any of the ingredients in your whole food products
genetically modified (GMO)?
A: None of the ingredients in our whole food products are genetically
modified.
Q: What are the vegetarian capsules made out of?
A: Our vegetarian capsules are made from 100 percent Hypromellose.
They are Kosher.
Q: Is there gluten in Nuriche product?
A: Since the grain grasses are cut long before they reach the seed
stage, no gluten is detected when third party lab tests are
conducted.
InstaFresh™ Process
Q: Please explain the proprietary InstaFresh™ Drying Process.
A: Nuriche uses a proprietary InstaFreshTM Low Temperature Drying
Process that takes newly harvested, live whole foods and fresh-
pressed raw (34-˚F) liquid juice to powder within seconds. During this
process the product temperature averages 65° F and never exceeds 100°
F, which is considered an extraordinary achievement in the drying
industry.
The product is 85 percent dry within seconds. The temperature of our
products does not get above 65˚F degrees until it is 80% dry.
Therefore, the nutritional components are more stable and are not as
susceptible to heat damage. This results in little degradation of
nutritional content. As a low-moisture dry powder, our products are
shelf stable for two years, with stored quality control samples from
the past seven years still demonstrating amazing stability and
nutritional value.
Unlike most drying processes used in the nutritional supplement
industry, InstaFreshTM maintains, rather than compromises, the
naturally occurring enzyme and nutritional content in whole foods.
The InstaFresh™ Drying Process concentrates live whole foods and fresh
raw juices into nutrient dense, unpasteurized, great tasting, juice
powders for the ultimate in all natural and convenient nutrition.
Q: How long after being harvested are the raw grasses processed?
A: Within hours of harvest. Barley grass, wheat grass, oat grass and
alfalfa are delivered from organic fields and go directly to
processing by InstaFresh TM Drying Process to produce the most
nutritionally rich juice powders used in Nuriche products.
Q: What about exotic fruits like noni, acai, goji? How are those
handled and processed?
A: Ingredients brought in from out of the country are grown by high
quality contractors that meet our low-temperature process
specifications. These ingredients are gently air dried and have not
been overheated or pasteurized and are carefully tested prior to
production for identification, contaminants and quality.
