SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 can be used to program the flash memory in Texas Instruments ARM based low-power RF wireless MCUs over the debug and serial interfaces. Check the list of supported products for compatibility. Uniflash can also be used to program any SimpleLink product.
SmartRF Flash Programmer can be used to program the flash memory in Texas Instruments 8051-based low-power RF wireless MCUs and for upgrading the firmware and bootloader on the SmartRF05 Evaluation Board, SmartRF Transceiver Evaluation Board (TrxEB) and the CC-Debugger.
The installation of SmartRF Flash Programmer must be executed with administrator privileges to allow USB driver installation. A "User Access Control" dialog will appear when starting the installer. If the user has administrator privileges, click on the "yes" button to continue installation. If the user does not have administrator privileges, a user id and password with these privileges must be entered to continue.
SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 can be used to program the flash memory in Texas Instruments ARM based low-power RF wireless MCUs over the debug and serial interfaces. The flash programmer includes both a graphical user interface and a command line interface.
Renesas Flash Programmer V3 provides usable and functional support for programming the on-chip flash memory of Renesas microcontrollers in each phase of development and mass production.
The Renesas Flash Programmer is available for download as free evaluation software.
We do not provide technical support for the free version, so will not be able to answer any questions you may have regarding the evaluation software and send to our technical support center via the Renesas web site.
If you require technical support, we recommend that you purchase a software license through one of our sales offices or distributors.
The new function for encrypting program files enhances security against theft.
You can run this function by using the encryption utility program (RPE.exe) from the command line. The file is among those installed by the Renesas Flash Programmer installer.
We have already discontinued production of the E1 emulator due to components of the product having reached their EOL (end of life, i.e. end of production). Please click on the following link to confirm the details and our successor products.
Please click on the appropriate software version for your operating system. Login is required for software downloads. If you don't have an account, you will be prompted to create an account before your download commences.
The Flash Center Software takes advantage of Total Phase's high performance host adapters to maximize programming speed. Unlike other programmers which can take minutes to program a memory device, the Flash Center Software can program the same device in seconds. There are no images to download to an external programmer - the bytes are sent directly into your target device from the host computer.
Since the Cheetah SPI Host Adapter is capable of signaling at over 40 MHz, the main speed limitation is the flash memory's page commit time. The Cheetah adapter is able to erase, program, and verify a typical 1 Megabyte flash memory in only 23 seconds.
Gang programming is easy with the Flash Center Software. By connecting multiple Aardvark I2C/SPI and/or Cheetah SPI Host Adapter to your computer, you can use any or all of the devices to program your target devices in parallel.
Users do not need to wait for the next release to have support for their memory chips to be added to the Flash Center Software. The Flash Center Software was designed with an XML-based memory device library. By adding or modifying the XML descriptions of target memory devices, developers can instantly support almost any I2C- or SPI-based EEPROM or Flash memory.
The software has been designed for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 and 5 with kernel 2.6, SuSE, Ubuntu, and Fedora. Please be aware that there may be significant differences and idiosyncrasies in the way that different distributions of Linux operate. As such, Total Phase may not be able to support your particular distribution of Linux. Support will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
The graphical software will run on 64-bit Windows and Linux systems as a 32-bit application. However, separate 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the API libraries are provided to allow custom applications to be built for either architecture.
For exposures lasting less than 1 second the irradiance required for second degree burn at bare skin exposure would significantly increase as the duration of exposure decreased however it was shown that the amount of incident energy required to cause the burn would decrease. With Evaluated option selected, the program will determine the amount of incident energy to second degree based on heat flux intensity and use that incident energy value to calculate arc flash boundary.
It's usually assumed that the outer limit for the arcing time is no more than 2 seconds. Although this is not a hard and fast rule, it accounts for the likelihood that the arcing material in an arcing field will likely be either burned off or expelled by the force of the blast. In any case, this would extinguish the arc event. Also, IEEE 1584 states "If the time is longer than two seconds, consider how long a person is likely to remain in the location of the arc flash. It is likely that a person exposed to an arc flash will move away quickly if it is physically possible and two seconds is a reasonable maximum time for calculations".
If you do label printing on a regular base, consider assigning default label printer and applying select printing preferences in your system Print Manager. You can access the Print Manager from Control Panel on your PC system.
You can add device if it is not already included in build-in fuse or circuit breaker library. Click [Add Fuse ...] or [Add Breaker ...] button respectively and fill out the new device information form.
Find a point on breaker trip curve where maximum instantaneous trip line (upright orange line on Figure 4 below) breaks and starts departs from vertical. Follow from the point to the left until intersection with the time axis. The point of intersection corresponds to Minimum Thermal Trip Time on Figure 3 above.
