Dear Friends, Family, and Colleagues –

I hope this message finds you doing well!

As you may know, I recently started a position at Wesleyan University (Middletown, CT).

Today, my research lab (Sleep and Psychosocial Adjustment Lab) officially launched a very exciting research project, which examines how exercise and circadian-type influence sleep.

Click here to learn more and watch a promotional video about the project!

This project is part of a crowdfunding campaign in which we raise the money that is needed to run the study by seeking individual monetary contributions from wonderful people like you!

We have only 45 days to reach the study’s budget goal of $1100.00. If we don’t reach this goal by the deadline, we get none of the money raised (and you will not be charged).

Anyone with a credit card can be a “backer” and make a contribution. The number of backers also helps us reach our goal so every bit helps and no contribution is too small.

Would you please help us make this research possible? Here’s how you can help:

1.        Back this project and donate at: https://experiment.com/biologicalclock

2.        Promote the project by sharing this link on social media or via e-mail.

By supporting this project you’ll be making it possible to determine when (and for whom) does exercise/physical activity promote or impair sleep.

I really appreciate your support. Thank you!!!
