NUnitLite for Silverlight

Hi All,

I created a branch on Launchpad with builds for Silverlight. See
https://code.launchpad.net/~charlie.poole/nunitlite/silverlight

I'm not yet sure whether we should try to maintain separate builds
for Silverlight 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 or just keep up with the latest, but
the branch linked above does have all three of them.

I'd like to get your thoughts on how to take this further and on
what support should be present in NUnitLite 1.0.
