Distributing NUnitLite

Hi All,

Sorry for the cross-post, but this clearly affects both groups.

NUnitLite is now being built from the same source as NUnit, using
conditional compilation.

What would suit the communities better:

* Separate NUnit framework and NUnitLite downloads?
* A single download that has both?

Bear in mind that we're talking about the NUnit *framework*
only, not the full download of NUnit as now distributed
for version 2.5.
