NUnitLite Moves to Launchpad

Hi All,

After updating CodePlex with the latest changes, I have now uploaded that
same
code to Launchpad, where it will continue to be developed.

I think Launchpad offers some unique opportunities for collaboration, which
I hope
to explore in further posts and in how-tos on the site.
