Error when running tests

My tests are failing to run and when I click on the "Why can't I run tests, I keep getting this error." Please help.

Do you have latest nunit adapter in the project?

Yes, I do, but it seems like I always have to install unit adapters for every new project I start. Is that supposed to be the case?

yes, I think since a few months ago, test adapter NuGet needs to be present in all test projects to work with Nunit properly.
