Now that I've been using 2.5.1 for most of today, I'm finding it
difficult to quickly see the red icons because the majority of both
the red and the green icons are covered by black (either a check or an
X). The colors of the red and green are more dull too, adding to the
problem. I realize the black check marks and X's likely help the
color-blind and I think that's a good idea for them, so I will not ask
for them to be removed, but they're interfering with my own ability to
quickly find the failed tests. Could we, perhaps, have the black
overplayed icons as options? Brighter colors (like in 4.8 and below)
would be better too. Just solid circles is perfectly fine. The 3D
look is distracting to me because I can't really tell what that extra
reflective dot on the upper left of the icon is (or if that's what
it's supposed to be).

Thanks

Hi Mike,

If you'll add a feature request for selecting from the two sets
of icons, I'll try to get it into 2.5.2.

Meanwhile, if you feel like it, you can get any look you like by
replacing the five png files in the bin\net-2.0\lib directory. Jpegs
work too, but since the pngs take precendence, you should move or
rename them. If you download an old source distribution, you'll
you'll find the old icons in the uikit directory.

I'll add the feature request and I'll do the short term fix on my
local machine.

Thanks

Feature request has now been added and I've also copied the JPGs from
2.4.8 and it's looking good.

Thanks

Great! Thanks for adding the bug and feature request. We've
sometimes not done this in the past and lost a few of them
as a result.
