Hi All,

I just made the above release on github and packages will be available on nuget.org and chocolatey.org tonight or tomorrow morning. I'm in the process of creating release notes for our web site.

This is a somewhat significant release in that it includes the first version of nunit3-console, which is able to run both .NET Framework and .NET Core tests.
