Is there a command line switch to all installation of NUNIT to all
users of a computer. I am using the following command line

Start/Wait msiexec /package %Source%\NUnit\NUnit-2.6.0.12051.msi /
passive /norestart /lv %SystemDrive%\Install_logs
\NUnit-2.6.0.12051.log

Where source is the location of the installer.

Currently installing the software thru the built-in admin account on
windows 7 SP1 32 bit. The other account only has USER priviledges.

Because of it's history, NUnit is designed to assume that it's being
installed by a developer on his or her own machine. If you think such
a switch would be useful, please do file a feature request for it so
we can consider it in a future release.

"USER" versus "Developer" or "Administrator" privileges is the perenial battle Software Developers fight in the workplace isn't it? User privilege is typically insufficient for most things. Elevated access (in Windows User Account Control parlance) or Admin access is usually required.

Now, there are things administrators can do to quarantine Domains and such to keep development somewhat contained in its sandbox, but that's a bit off topic.
