Configuring Nunit 3 tests in Azure Release Pipeline

Hello All,

I am struggling with configuring Nunit3 tests with an azure release pipeline. I added the vstest template, which supposedly supports Nunit, but when I check the console output it does not recognize any tests. If anyone has experiencing setting this up I would greatly appreciate some help!

Did you try to add the nunit3testadapter nuget package to the test project?

Yes I did, I even added an reference to the test adapter dll, which I don't think is necessary. Let me give you some context. In the solution there are several projects and a ASP.net web application, one of which is the integration test project. Here are some screenshots of the logging in the vs test build step for each pipeline:
