Being aware that im dealing with an "ancient" AP, (D-Link Dap 3520) ive tried countless times to reset this AP to its default settings to no avail. Ive even tried the 30 30 30 reset but the default login username: admin and password: blank, still don`t work.

Good day to all, it has been a couple of weeks and the problem remains, no matter how many times i reset the AP, it wont change to its default login (admin, blank). I even tried connecting directly to the AP and it doesnt seem to regain its default IP as well (192.168.0.x), but if i connect it back to the switch on the network, it regains it`s usual IP. .

After logging in I changed the administrator password, and set the IP address to DHCP client. I undid the changes above, and was able to access the switch on an IP address in the 192.168.1.0/24 range, handed out by the DHCP server.
