Newbie with Homatics R 4K + box , not so new in CE world , but I have problems and dont know how to solve them

I installed and boot into CE 20 , 21 , both stable and nightly versions , NE and NG , but once when I try to install some addons ( for example Elementum ) I got dependencies errors , moule kodi-six or module.script requests , and installation is abandoned

Also when I try to enter Kodi repository I got message - could not reach repository

Internet connection is active and working , both wired and wifi

Android version is 5.4.210-ab6261

What to do to solve this issues

Thanks to the response posted by tbekolay, I have been able to do a subtree split to take only the skin.confluence part of repo and essentially create a branch, however I am unsure on how to keep it linked with the original XBMC repo while being pushed to my own repo with my modifications.

This gives you a new upstream-skin branch that only contains the contents of addons/skin.confluence, and with a filtered history that contains only the commits that modified files in addons/skin.confluence.

Make a repository on Github to contain your modifications to addons/skin.confluence. As an example, I'll use tbekolay/xbmc-skin, but replace this with your own repo. Add this repo as a remote, and push your upstream-skin branch to it.

When you're dealing with your own local and remote repositories, you can use normal git commands. Make sure to do this on the master branch (or some other branch, if you'd like) and not the upstream-skin branch, which should only ever contain commits from the upstream project.

Next, we will update upstream-skin with the new filtered version of the commits. Since git subtree ensures that commit hashes will be the same, this should be a clean process. Note that you want to run these commands while still on the upstream-master branch.

Note that the XBMC repository is gigantic, and the git subtree commands will take quite a bit of time to filter through all that history -- and since you're regenerating the split subtree each time you interact with the remote repository, it's quite an expensive operation. I'm not sure if this can be sped up.

I'm new here (obviously lol), but I am also very new to Kodi (never had XBMC before), I picked up an Android TV box (M8S) and at first it seemed good. But to be honest, the reviews online are misleading.. the box isn't as fast and responsive as the videos (but that's a whole other problem).

I installed from the zip-file, and now I get the "Kodi for emby add-on enabled", I then go into "Install from repository" as the old "Get add-ons" has been changed to this *Doesn't mention this in Emby installation guide, maybe I'm missing something.

Every time I click this add-on, it sort of refreshes the menu (The Kodi Emby add-on, becomes the top item on the list) but nothing - no messages saying anything has been added, nor errors. I've searched through "All add-ons", can't find anything. If I click the option on the Kodi Emby addon, it gives me some information with only 2 enabled options, -Uninstall, -Disable.

I've tried googling my problem, and most I've come up with is post installation errors. I've done a clean install of Kodi (uninstalling it, and installing from the kodi download file, afterwards installing "Beast Wizard by ChrisB"

What you installed is the Stable emby for Kodi add-on repository (it contains actual add-ons available to install). You then need to go to Install from repository > Kodi Emby Add-ons > Video add-ons > Install Emby.
