Dear all,

In my PhD thesis I'll mention NuML/SBRML as standards for representing simulation results. In addition, I want to discuss software support for NuML/SBRML. Are you aware of any software (esp. simulators) which can read or write NuML/SBRML?

Christian.

Thanks for your interest in NuML/SBRML. Presently the only software tools that support NuML/SBRML are Copasi Web services ( http://www.comp-sys-bio.org/CopasiWS/ ) and ManyCell ( http://www.comp-sys-bio.org/ManyCell/ ). COPASI simulator will soon implement support for NuML and the libNuML is openly available for download from https://numl.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ .

Thanks, Joseph

Hello Christian,

there is also all tools around libSEDML (http://libsedml.sourceforge.net/) that use NuML internally via (http://sbrml.sourceforge.net/SBRML/Welcome.html). If you need end user applications, those would be the SED-ML Script Editor, or some tools within SBW (http://sbw.sf.net).

We are currently in preparation for a new version of SED-ML that would include references to external data sources. Once that is done there will be way more applications.

All the best
Frank
