Nicomedes and Rosemary, I have been following your communication very closely as per recommendations of Leila to me as well. My advise to you two is that, since Nico is based in Mwanza (and that is where our head office is also based), in a meanwhile, Rose may meet with our acting depute general secretary Mr. Victor Cassian who is in Dar Es Salaam so that she can immediately have an introduction to NUMET before arranging a meeting with Nico in Mwanza or anywhere you will be meeting. In that way, it will be aesier for you two to have proper arrangements on areas which TAWOMA and NUMET should work together towards desired results even bofore having conducted your meeting. I do also hope that Comrade Victor Cassian is receiving these communications as well and therefore he will be in a position to advise on my suggestions. We all in NUMET are looking forward to work with other organizations like TAWOMA towards our goals in improving and demanding better living wages and working conditions for the workers and other unprevillaged groups of citzens in this country. Our struggle and mission is real and living, and that is why the results of our struggle is now apparent in some of the mines which we are currently operating in Tanzania. I am also taking this opportunity to welcome Rosemary to this important struggle as part of our contribution towards building the Nation with equality amoung all players of her economy.
