to Be Number One On Google
Add your favorite Be number one on Google tip or trick here.

Here's mine:

Write an informative article about your product or service. Be sure to
research your keywords first to determine which ones are most popular
and sprinkle those keywords in your articles page title, heading and
in the page content areas. An 'article' is void of any direct sales
pitches, but it can and should have a resource box at the bottom where
you can put 'for more information stuff like contact information, site
links, your email address, a slogan, etc.

Once you publish this little gem to your web site and check it for
proper display in a few different browsers, go to digg.com and submit
the page as an article/link in the appropriate category. The news
category often works best for me.

Choose your DIGG.com page title very carefully, make it something
catchy as possible and do include your well researched keywords in
there somewhere, at the very front if possible. It needs to be catchy
to get people to 'digg' it (or vote for it) and to compel the humans
to open and read, the keywords are for the search engines to display
you at the right time (based on your keywords of course).

Once you submit your digg article, I have seen those pages show up in
al little time as an hour. So you can actually get very good
positioning in Google within minutes or hours using the digg article
submit technique,

Steven
