Error in trig question

Hi,

One of the questions that we have been using for years is giving an occasional error. I didn't write the question. The link to the question is below.


The error only occurs for a certain combination of variables and relates to the variable ans1recden


I can't see what the issue is as the 'if' command that is mentioned in the error does seem to deal with all combinations of the other variables listed.
I was wondering whether anyone else has noticed this issue and whether it can be fixed.

Thanks for posting this. I believe the issue was the innermost if (yes I should have used 'switch' instead) had a missing argument which meant any time that if-statement was accessed it had an error. Should be fixed now.

Would be nice if more people pointed out errors (I see a lot of people flag questions as 'has issues' but then they don't state what the behaviour is that caused them to flag it as such).
