The cancel button kills other buttons

I haven't checked in scorm objects but when running exams from the numbas server (by previewing with the play button or using the share link) if you click "cancel" on any dialogue box, things break! You can't regenerate the question, you can't reveal answers, and you can't even end the exam. This has happened since the update; I just hadn't worked out what I was doing to trigger it until today. This happens regardless of theme.

Eugh, this looks like it only affects Chrome. I'll see if I can work it out. Thanks for reporting this.
